We are a full service Pilates and fitness studio operating in Moraga, CA.
Our doors opened January 1st, 2005.

We offer Pilates classes, individual Pilates lessons, studio memberships,
massage, sauna, weight loss and meal-plan consulting, and nutritional
consulting.

We have six Pilates personal trainers, seven class instructors, a massage
therapist, and a doctor of Natural Health.

Studio Hours
Weekdays: 7 am – 7 pm Fri. 7 am – 5 pm Sat. 8 am – 12 pm
